Matrix Morocco, the trading name of Ma-Matrix Sarl was established in Casablanca in 2015 by James Khan, a British real estate professional. The company was founded as an extension of UKMatrix Real Estate Partners, a UK-based real estate advisory specialising in asset management and property investment across Europe. Bringing that same standard of professional rigour and client-first approach to the Moroccan market.
Today, Matrix Morocco specialises exclusively in new build property, carefully selected for modern design, legal clarity, and enduring value.
